An invoice nobody saw does not get paid. The new Send dialog lets you pick exactly who gets an invoice, estimate or past due notice, and the invoice page now shows what happened to every one of them.
It is built for the jobs that are not one homeowner with one email. Rentals, property managers, a spouse who pays the bills, a tenant who needs the estimate. All of them are on the client record, and now all of them are one checkbox away.
Press Send on an invoice, an estimate or a past due notice and the dialog opens. Choose Email, Text, or Email and text. Below that, everyone on file is listed in order: the client, the client’s contacts with the primary first, then the client’s properties that have their own email or mobile, with the job’s property first.
When the job’s property has its own email, Dispatch Scout now sends invoices, estimates and approval requests there too, each as its own message. If the client has no email at all, the property still gets one instead of nothing going out. If the two addresses are the same, it sends once.
Both switches live under Settings → Invoices. The property copy is on by default for invoices and estimates. For past due notices it is off by default, because not every property contact should hear about a late balance.
Every send now leaves a record. The Sent to panel on the invoice groups each send by who sent it and when, and lists every recipient with a status:
The panel updates on its own as messages go out, so you can watch it fill in. Sends that the system makes, like automatic past due reminders, show as Automatic instead of a person’s name.
“Did you get the invoice?” becomes a question you can answer yourself. Look at the panel before you call.
Invoice, estimate and past due texts now go out through the same messaging path as appointment reminders. If you connect your own Twilio account, customer texts can send from your own Messaging Service or number. That only switches on after you press Test on the Twilio card and it passes, and the card now shows plainly whether texts are Sending from your Twilio or what still needs attention. If your Twilio setup breaks, the text falls back once to the Dispatch Scout sender and the card tells you why.

Yes. The Sent to panel on the invoice shows each recipient with a Queued, Sent, Failed or Skipped status, and email rows show the first time the message was opened.
When the job’s property has its own valid email, invoices, estimates and approval requests go there too by default. Past due notices only go to the property if you turn that on in Settings, Invoices.
